I don't think he's eligible. He's a SP now and only has 68 innings in the bigs.

Rob is right. As Stratton was used primarily (111/116 G) as a starter in the minor leagues, his threshold for MLB eligibility is 100.0 IP. Thank you for catching this one, Rob
