Option 1:
-Increase everyone's salary cap to $140,000,000 for 2018 and beyond. Stop the yearly salary increases.
-Freeze the RFA price at $15,700,000 and the league minimum bid at $521,000.
Option 2:
-Following this season, Everyone's cap will be adjusted to $140,000,000. 2018: $140,000,000 2019: $145,000,000 2020: $150,000,000 and freeze the cap there.
-RFA price will continue to grow along with the MLB Qualifying offer, as will our league minimum salary for the next three offseasons until all teams would be at $150,000,000 in cap and then these prices would freeze.
