1) Uses auction model for waiver signings
2) Redraft every year, only 1 keeper
3) 25 man rosters
4) Snake draft

1st round pick - you pick an MLB team, and then 3 players from that team.
other rounds - no team pick restrictions.
Future seasons: No team pick restrictions.
