Josh, I think he's under the threshold. The majority of his MiLB innings were as a starter, so I think he has a 100 IP threshold, but he's only thrown 69 MLB innings.

He has been a rp in the minors 3.5 of the past 4 seasons and thats what we said we based pitchers on

Only 96.2 of Crick's minor league IP are as a RP out of over 450 IP. His limit under current rule is 100.0 IP for Free Agency
