These are separated in tiers.  The higher on the list they are the more value I see in them.  First tier are guys I would consider to RFA, so you should consider giving up a 1st round pick in your offer that contains any of them.  I'm also looking for good players under control next season (example:  if you want a package of Whit+Segura, offer a good player that I can use net season)

Higher draft picks are not that valuable to me, but I might consider upgrading picks.
