2) How will we score this 2020-Only League? We will use the same point values for player statistics but in only 10 (2 Playoff weeks included) weeks at best, we cannot competitively, fairly use H2H weekly matchups as our standings. It is also important that in the event of a prematurely cancelled season, we have a method in place for determining 2021 MiLB Draft Order.
Scoring Proposal 1): "W-L Points" totals given out for each week based off of how many points your team scored that week. The team that scores the most points each week of the regular season gets 14 W-L Points, the team that scores the least points each week gets only 1 W-L Point.
Scoring Proposal 2): A classic roto league to create standings
Scoring Proposal 3): The classic, simple Total Points League where standings are determined based on cumulative point totals throughout the 2020 MLB season.
Each of these proposals has the added benefit of having running standings that can be easily converted to Final Standings in the event of a season cut short.
