3) How will we handle FA adds/other transactions in our 2020-Only League?
Our current format for FA additions work swell for a typical, long season. With everything being so compact this year, it could make sense NOT to use our 24-Hour slow bidding process. The two most logical options for FA adds instead would be the classic free waiver wire style or a FAAB style auction. Do we prefer the Free Waiver Wire or a FAAB auction style?
If we use our current rosters as a starting point, how would our current contracts and cap space structure translate to a FAAB auction? The easiest way could be to give some amount of FAAB dollars to everyone for new players, and disregard all current players' salaries. However, the "making moves work" with salary is part of the fun of the league. If we do a redraft for our 2020-Only League, then FAAB or Free Waiver Wire style will work fine, as we would be starting from scratch.
